Inventions and patentsEvery year numerous inventions arise from the research institutions of the Bavarian universities and universities for applied sciences. To utilise these inventions economically, we evaluate together with the inventor-consultants of the universities whether these inventions can be protected. Since mostly only a secured invention - whether by patent or utility model - can be used commercially and thus lead in the long run to financial and economic success as well as planning security . Only inventions which are new, commercially applicable and own a sufficient invention height can be patented. For the inventions which correspond to these demands and dispose, moreover, of a big market potential we initiate the patenting. In this manner we can offer industry excellent inventions, innovations and patents which show the mainsprings for growth and the basis for the competitiveness in a globalized world. |
