IP Licensing Manager
Thomas joined BayPAT in 2019 as Licensing Manager in the field of physical sciences. He is involved in the entire business development and licensing process to commercialize inventions.
In 2006, he graduated in physics at Ulm University. As a diploma student in the group of Dr. Limmer he investigated transport phenomena in planar and structured layers of dilute magnetic semiconductors under the influence of an external magnetic field.
By working in two start-ups in the e-bike industry, he gained experience in the marketing of innovative hardware and software products B2B and B2C, e-bike specific IoT applications, business development, key account management and customer service. In addition, Thomas completed an extra-occupational training as a product manager at the SAWI Academy for Marketing and Communication AG in Zurich.
