Head of IP Management
Thomas joined BayPAT in 2007 and leads the IP Management Team. He is involved in the evaluation of inventions, prosecution of national and international patent cases and strategic management of patent portfolios.
In 2001 he finished a Diploma in Physicsat the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich and at the end of 2006 he received his PhD degree from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich for the work on musculoskeletal imaging he performed in the group of Prof. Dr. med.Dr. h.c. Maximilian Reiser. In this period, he studied the quantitation of human hyaline cartilage by magnetic resonance imaging.
